I repped everybody, I think.
My mind got a little fuzzy after midnight.
I just now tried to restore & it said, "missing files, insert recovery media".
I guess I'll have to contact Microsoft & get some 8.1 Pro wmc disks if they are free or cheap enough.

Can you use a Windows 8.1 Pro ISO and do a clean install?

It failed.Run the following in a Command Window to re-register the Store app:
powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
