Windows RT vs Android

My Nexus 7 Wifi only has a GPS, so at least some non 3/4G tablets have it. I really wish the W8 RT did.

I'm pretty sure they only have GPS because they still include the cellular chipset, but disable the cellular modem either vie hardware or software.
