Windows 8 installation drive format problem

your usb drive letter is D

but we already know your system is booting UEFI and your HDD is in MBR fromat

KYHI i must to save everything whats on that 400gb drive

OK - then you must enable Legacy Support in your BIOS settings..
You SHOULD also rename the EFI folder on your setup media usb to EFI.OLD

This will force booting your PC into Legacy mode (MBR)

Then follow the installer - should work correctly - once you are booting in legacy mode

By chance does that 400GB partition contain your old version of windows - you stated you deleted the system partition - you also stated you deleted that 400gb partition (I thought you where referring to it anyway)

because if you need to make that 400GB bootable - as to boot that possible OS - that is just another command through command prompt

So i can't understand now. Am i able to install windows without formating 400gb drive or i must to format everything?

You do not need to format everything BUT - You must get your PC to boot in Legacy Mode in order to use the MBR formatted HDD
