Windows 8 HDD Error Reallocated Sectors..

What would be the 4K reading we've to expect in the consumer SSDs available in the market now , assuming these benchmarks indicate somewhat near real-life performances?

My Samsung Evo shows higher 4K random read/write, but this one is pretty new one so that's not surprising :

Anyway I got an idea about it now :) Thanks Mike, Jack!

Oh, SATA2 (300) can explain some things.

Relocated sectors are just that, there were some bad sectors that SMART transferred data from and parked them in spare section while at same time unmarking bad ones and making them invisible to file system. If it's HDD it might slow down just a tad only when data in those sectors is accessed, In an SSD it makes no difference at all.
It may surprise you but even brand factory new drives have bad sectors but are made invisible at that time so nothing, not even SMART are aware of them and nothing can access them. Once upon-a-time list of them was printed on drives itself, now they are just invisible.

I figured that .I only bought my board last December ,but it was on clearance and I assume because it was getting old.

I ran a scan and left for work ,and its almost the same as the other one .

drive works great for me as I usually only use it for the internet ,

Well, it's many times faster than a "spinner" anyway, doubt it could be seen by naked eye even if it was twice as fast. There's a new "TurboSATA" port just showing up together with DDR4 and than we'll see some better speeds all around.

My laptop also has SATA2 it seems, how come there is better benchmark for mine?

EDIT: Well I was of the above impression when I had HDD previously , but now I could confirm that its SATA3 when I looked at Speccy - my wrong :(
