There are two IE10 browsers.
Metro and desktop.
Does the one you're using look like this:

This is the Metro browser, move your cursor to the top and right click to get the options, close an opened page or open a new page.
All your open pages will show up here.
This is the desktop browser, open IE10 from the desktop.

Obviously I've got the Metro one and on occasion it does look like that but I never knew how I got the bars at top and bottom,
It was obviously while clicking and I must click in the right spot, this touchpad is very sensitive. I don't know yet how to get IE10 from the desktop, when I click on one of the forums on the Metro screen it does go to the desktop while it loads.
Still have a lot to learn I don't see the point in getting a new OS then installing third party apps to make it look like an old OS. I'd rather try and learn how to use it first I've got the older OS on my desktop.
