Windows 8 displaying system problem

Please go to services.msc or msconfig and uncheck any Toshiba startup services.See if you still get the warning,if not, enable formentioned services one by one,to see which (if) service is the culprit. Please do uninstall "Value Added Package" via control panel aswell.
Download CoreTemp and keep an eye on your CPU temparatures, you could even use its inbuilt overheating protection feature, set it up at lets say 85C,have it myself steup like this.If framework give you trouble installing CoreTemp, you might give HWMonitor a go,trusty application.

I'm not sure if I should uninstall the 'Value Added Package' because I heard it functions some of TOSHIBA's components and I don't want to mess it up, is that confirmable? I really love my laptop and I am a gamer as well
