Since the picture didn't help, I explain the picture in words.
Open Control Panel.
Click on System.
Click on System Protection.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Click on Settings in Startup and Recovery.
Uncheck the Automatically Restart box.
Click OK & Apply & OK in the other window.
This should stop your computer from restarting by itself.
That's the best I can explain it.
Someone else will have to help you if you can't understand it.
