I have analyzed your DUMP file and it indicates the root cause as the "WmX1CORE.sys" which on checking with your loaded driver list returned that it belongs to the Logitech Driver For Joysticks.
Could you please uninstall any Logitech Drivers you have installed from the Control Panel and report back here?
The drivers you have installed for your Logitech Gaming Device has a Timestamp of 2010 which means it is not compatible with even Windows 8 and hence not with Windows 8.1.
Please let me know the result once you have removed the driver.

Correct, the BSOD happened after I installed Logitech Gaming Software. Looks like they haven't updated it for a while, which is a shame.
Removed it now just for precautions, thank you for your information!
