Solved Windows 8.1 Can't use Factory Reset, Drive/Partition miss

Inside sources\recovery there is a folder names as old as you can see in the above image
and


And inside old its appears to be empty

you need to un-hide your system files so you can see the hidden contents

you can try - extract the zip file and copy the two files into the sources folder

i have managed to do the reset some how. I find a software called asus backtracker and i then created recovery image on a usb using that software. this recovery was bit different from the one created by the window then i booted from that usb and it finally gave me the recovery option.
