Run Prime95 Blend test and SmallFFT test. When complete. Please upload the report in your next reply. Run a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Kaspersky TDSS Killer. Attach those reports too. Is your PC clean of dust? Also, please generate a fresh SF report. (Zip file like in your very first post).
Uninstall Asus PC Probe Utility and look for an update for your Creative SB Audigy LS. This one dates back from 2007 and it's not compatible with W8.
Are you using some kind of firewall or AV besides Windows Defender and Windows FW? Do you connect to the internet using wi-fi?

Just ran both Prime95 test for about 8 hours each and had no errors. I Ran Malware Anti-bytes and TDSS Killer and nothing was detected. I've uninstalled Asus PC Probe and I've updated creative SB Audigy LS. I'm only using Windows Firewall and I connect to the internet via a Ethernet chord.

That is related either to overheating, GPU drivers or GPU failing...

Are you using some sort of VPN connection? Please uninstall and stop using Creative SB Audigy LS.
Run FurMark test, but keep your eye on the monitor at all times and follow my guide step by step.
