Hi I got a problem. I recorded some videos on my trip to mountain. I got home, put it in my laptop and dragged the video to the desktop. When I opened up the video, it took me to a different video program. I don't like it so I closed it. I attempted to right click it, click on Open with... and use the Window Media Player as a default program. When I right click it the video, it refresh itself and it never show up. It's not just the videos but other programs icon too whether I tried to right click Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Itunes, etc on the desktop. I discovered another problem. I tried to open up the folder on the taskbar but it refresh itself and the folder never open. The other programs on the taskbar opened like normal. It's just the folder which refused to open whenever I clicked it on the taskbar. It very annoying so I used my other laptop with Window 7 which work perfectly. I hope someone who gone this situation before can help me out.
In case if I confused you, I provided screenshot of how it happened.
The "folder" on the taskbar problem
Step 1: Left clicking the "folder" on the taskbar.
Step 2: This is what happen. Blue wallpaper appear. I don't know what it is. I figure it "refresh" itself but I don't know.
Step 3: After the "refresh" the desktop return to normal usual looking wallpaper but it NEVER open the "folder."
The "Right Click" on the desktop icons problem.
Step 1: I'm going to "right click" icons on the desktop to find their properties. I will use "Itunes" as a example.
Step 2: This is what happen. The "refresh" thing.
Step 3: After the "refresh" the desktop return to a normal usual wallpaper but I didn't see the properties from "Itunes"
