Wifi problem, taking longer than usual but still connects

I saw it the other day, but figured that removing the device and installing it again, would flush it. The Farbar tools are really good at getting that stuff back to normal.

Regedit got really wonky with eight. For some reason when you go in to flush things like WildTangenet, etc. Ghosts in the machine come back to haunt you.

The BT is a hit or miss. When I replaced both cards for our laptops, I ended up just placing the second antenna in the battery compartment a bit. Especially since I did not feel like going through the whole ordeal of pulling the LCD bezel.

Thanks for your replies guys, I really appreciate it.
So I kinda got frustrated and "refresh"ed my computer, which is something I just found out about today. What it did is it deleted all the programs that I installed and set everything to default. But it still didn't help. I'm still having problems.
Also, I don't think that the "refresh"ing thing worked properly, because it automatically connected to the Wi-Fi that I usually use, so it probably kept some of the settings.
As for the Intel Driver Update Utility, it found updates. However, it was acting weird. It kept showing drivers that I updated as things that I need to update, even after I updated them using the program itself.
Since I "refresh"ed my laptop, I think that the DNS thing went away, but just to make sure I tried to go in and change it using the link you provided, but I couldn't find the Local Group Policy Editor using any of the methods in the link.
Something I noticed that I didn't know before is that this problem happens with Ethernet too, but way less frequently.
