What features stand out of Windows 8?

I figure for a couple of twenty dollar bills (upgrade), why not.

I actually like the start screen, apps are a fun thing, speed is good everywhere, built in anti-virus nice as well.

Not fond of the integrated email app though, doesnt appear to do pop mail, real bummer.
