I have W8CP 64 bit installed and running well however everything is running is 32 bit mode. IE10 is running in 32 bit mode. The option in IE10's internet option's panel for 64 bit mode is not present. I do have W8CP 64 bit installed and I do have a 64 bit processor. All programs are running in 32 bit mode.
I originally upgraded from W7 Ultimate to W8CP and all programs were running in 64 mode.
Later on I did a system reset in W8CP, I wanted to clear out junk and start over (I had a lot of apps and programs installed and I wanted to lighten down the system).
This is when IE10 and all other programs dropped to 32 bit mode.
I can't figure out what the issue is here.
