I purchased a recovery USB from Acer.

It is possible make this recovery dvd as image and give me a link of them? I have o same problem, but recovery usb is too expensive

The best thing to do is to send it back to Acer for repair. That's where my Acer desktop with 8.1 is at the moment. It's free of charge, if it's still under warranty.

I have had a problem with the SSD, so I formatted both drives. This is a mistake was my fault, this guarantee will not ... Recovery DVD costs $ 60, it seems too expensive ...

First off throw away the OEM recovery media that you purchased and they send you... Which is just a windows setup disk and it is most likely not reading the embedded product key..

then use and download 8.1 from MS it will read the embedded product key

Also it will only read the key and activate for what ever version came with PC - if it did not come with windows 8, Pro or Enterprise it will not activate either windows 8, pro or enterprise and it will ask for the a retail product key..

Keep in mind that if you download Windows 8.1 from this link, Create installation media for Windows 8.1 - Windows Help, you have to download the correct version. To be able to use your OEM embedded key the version you install has to match the original version installed by the OEM. If you download Pro, and try to install it on a PC that came with just 8.x (Core), you will be prompted to enter a key. It will only use a Pro key and ignore your OEM Core key. Same deal if your PC came with Pro and you try to install Core, you'll be prompted to enter a key. Another gotcha is if your PC came with the Single language version. If you try to install Core (non single language) or Pro you'll be prompted for a key.

TechNet and MSDN ISO's are multi edition and will install Core or Pro depending on the key used. Retail DVD's work the same way. The above download doesn't though, that's why 8.1 and 8.1 Pro are listed.

I had issues booting from a USB thumb drive on my wife's Acer. Using diskpart to make a FAT32 drive finally worked for me.
Option Two here, http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/15458-uefi-bootable-usb-flash-drive-create-windows.html. Even Rufus didn't seem to work. I have no idea why the ACER is so fussy about boot able thumb drives. I didn't get the UEFI option either, but it did install in UEFI mode. There just wasn't any mention of UEFI in the boot devices list? There weren't two entries for the thumb drive, one with UEFI and one without. Just the one entry.

It's easy peasy on my ASUS laptop and I can use NTFS and still install in UEFI mode.

Just to reiterate what I was talking about. My laptop came with Windows 8.0 (Core). If I install windows 8.1 with media created with the media creation tool, it uses my 8.0 OEM embedded key automatically and activates online as soon as I have internet access with no issues. If Install 8.1 Pro with media created with the media creation tool, I get prompted to enter a product code. I can and have entered one of my TechNet 8.0 Pro (Retail) keys and it is accepted. Activates online automatically too.

If you refreshed the factory image with your recovery disk it should use the OEM key and activation should not be an issue. You mentioned that you were dual booting with Linux. Did you turn off Secure Boot or change any other BIOS settings? If yes, change them back to the original settings and see if your PC will then activate. To be honest I don't know enough about UEFI to say if that is your activation issue or not but it can't hurt to test it out. I've only ever run Windows and haven't messed with my laptops BIOS all that much.
