Solved Two conflicting languages after reinstallation

I was hoping it could be done without having to refresh windows :/ I will try that when i have some spare time then.

I do not know any other way. Years of multilingual Windows usage and I have never seen so badly failed language pack installation. Good luck with refresh / reinstall :).

Update:
This problem solved itself after some time, didn't do any restoration, backup or install/uninstall any language.
Presumably some update fixed this.

Unfortunately not. It went away for me by itself after a while, I guess it was an update that solved it somehow. If you find anything else on the matter please post it here.
