System cannot access windows 32 applications

Did a little looking online and it says in windows 8 the recovery option is not there, it has a different option which I have already tried all the different things with no resolution. How to boot in Safe Mode or access the Recovery mode in Windows 8 ? Pureinfotech tried the refresh but it also does not work.

I think you'll have to forget any 8 option. You now have 8.1. And forget any 8.1 recovery option since it's pretty much toast, for it won't let you access anything. I think you'll have to access one of the OEM recovery partitions to return it to original, then upgrade again. A real PITA I know. Either that or wait for the recovery disks to come to do so. Either way you'll have to return it to 8.
