I wonder and I can't wait. Hopefully he's referring to the unified WP/RT and the 3D touch we've been hearing about, with Touch Office and inking with SP3's same pen on a Surface Mini.

The Cyan update I'd imagine is going to coincide with Windows Phone 8.1's official release here in the US. So basically, it's going to take a while, maybe near the end of August at the earliest.

Correct, if you are not using Developer Preview, you will get both WP8.1 and Lumia Cyan at the same time. And possibly Update 1 (aka GDR1) as well.

Those of us using DP, will get GDR1 next week.
