Snipping Tool Pics - where did they go?

He doesn't seem interested in the snipping tool any more!
Ding Dong. You have moved the goalposts. The thread is still under the "snipping tool" problem. If you now feel you have a problem with the amount of users, I would suggest you start a new thread.

if you are not logged into your anyti_000 acct ,then right click on the windows icon lower left of the taskbar and choose shut down or sign out ,choose sign out ,it will then show all user that you can log into if there are multiple accts ,pick anyti_000 and your in

It doesnt happen as you say - there were no multiple users on sign out or shut down. When it boots back up there is only the anyti_ account which I always sign in with - I know that is me but the others????

so go to thispc[mycomputer ]local disk /users ,and check to see if there are useful any data files in the folders ,if not then you have to make a choics as to what to do with them ,myself I have multiple ,as you can see in my attachment ,i have no issues because of them the caperjack one is leftover from when I was duel booting 2 win8's

The administrator accnt I will leave as it is complicated.

The other accnts with my anyti_ have duplicate folders in each of them with the exception of the public one which on opening has alot of different folders in it.

The updatususer one has mostly empty folders but in some deep remote corners of the file there is stuff.

It all looks to comnplicated to me and I may just take it back to my tech and get hem to do what I want - they dont seem to be cautious and dont quibble when i want something done....they just do it and it works fine.
