Hopefully I've narrowed it down to a Razer Keyboard update that was in the Windows update. Uninstalled all the drivers and reinstalled the drivers from Razer and so far I've been good to go. We'll see ... :huh:
I have this issue with all the updates and it's now 2016 so I thought I'd post to let others know you can also use the System File checker (SFC) to do a scan to check for any corrupted system files that might be causing this problem...
Press Windows key + X, select Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated command prompt
In the command prompt type the following command: sfc/scannow and press enter
