Solved SFC /Scannow Unable to fix error.

One more question please - is is acceptable to continue using my browser, or other programs such as Word, Excel, etc, while those commands are running?
Or is it better to just let them run, and complete, with no other programs running on my PC?
I ask this because they take a long time to complete on my PC

I just leave them running in the background & do other things till they finish.

They will slow down a movie on YouTube or NetFlix though.
It makes them jerky.

edit--- This may or may not have something to do with failure of the dism cmd.

I have mine set to download needed stuff from Windows Update---







I never have a problem with dism.

Thanks everyone for all the help! I will marked this subject solved. I ran a second sfc/scannow and everything checks out normal! The system seems to be running fine now.. I did figure out what caused my slow down. After reading the event logs I found that the Facebook app was hanging I since removed it!
