I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but I've been peeling through forums looking for an answer to this. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to call this screen clipping, overlaying, or how I really should describe it. All I know is that ever since I've moved to Windows 8.1 this problem has been driving me up the wall. I experience this problem the most with Windows Explorer, Outlook 2013, and Google Chrome. Depending on which app I bring up, the screen within the app will show whats on the window behind it... It happens to me everyday, non-stop, and the only way to cure it is to grab the window I have active, and move it around until the clipping stops. I've uninstalled Outlook 2013 and Chrome, and re-installed. I've gone as far as reloading Windows with a complete wipe. However, I still have this issue. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
For clarity, the monitor on the left is the problem occurring in Google Chrome. The monitor on the right is a screenshot of the problem occurring in Outlook 2013.
