Solved Right Click Menu Lag on my pc

Thanks for the help topgundcp! I followed your instructions and found that the culprit is AppShellPage Class being run by Atheros Bluetooth Module 8.0.0.204, located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Bluetooth Suite\BtvAppExt.dll. I've just uninstalled the entire Atheros Bluetooth Suite since I don't use it.

I am going to take this advice since I have the right click menu ;lag as well. Thanks
