I've reinstalled Windows 8.1 after trying out 10 T.P. for a while. According to Windows update I have all updates availabe for my computer, but now I can't resize any metro apps. Does anybody know specifically what update for 8.1 enables the resizeable app windows, or if there is some sort of registry hack that will enable it. TIA for any help.
