Arguably the greatest paradox of all is the one predicted by Einstein's work on relativity : the Twin Paradox, which has its basis in time dilation.
A related easier understood paradox goes like this : Einstein's theory of special relativity predicts that it is theoretically possible to travel back in time. So, if I travel back in time far enough and kill my paternal grandfather before he conceives my father, how can I possible exist in the futurte in order to be able to travel back in time to kill my grandfather?
Stephen Hawkings says that in actuality, it might be possible to go forward in time, but it's not possible to go back in time. So you won't be able to kill your own grandfather. It probably wasn't such a good idea any way. . .
