Random BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f

Well now my problem is actually finding those drivers. I can't find any on intel or dell's website. Using A 3rd party driver installer would probably be a bad idea right?

I figured as much. Well I don't know what to do since all of the drivers on dell's sight do not support Windows 8.1 and the download page on Intel is not working for some reason.
