Kaspersky full scan, vulnerability scan - clean
MS Windows malicious sw removal tool, MS safety scanner - clean
MalwareBytes anti malware threat scan - clean
Cleared temp folders, browser cookies, history, temp files - compete
Completed SFC scans - no violations
Backed up 2 copies with Macrium in pen drive & ext HDD

Restarted system, looked for any Windows updates, nothing available for now. Waiting for the huge Tuesday patches

I suppose I was just curious about why people just don't go to a store like Staples & buy what they need.
My Pro Pack had its' own product key.

I owned 8.

I had to buy the Pro Pack to upgrade to 8 Pro.
It was $40 then.
It's a $100 or more now for the Pro Pack upgrade.

That`s different, you asked why people would want an iso, If I purchase a computer with Windows 7 or any OS pre installed and I want to wipe it out to do a clean install, I`m not going to Staples to buy something I already own, so you would download the iso file, burn to dvd or stick and re install the OS.

In your case you wanted 8 Pro, so of course you would have to buy it, or at least the key.
