Equivalent of heads would be "Pipes" on SSDMy understanding is the SSD firmware basically sets up the solid state memory similar to a HDD with sectors, cylinders, heads and such. Something like "heads" doesn't really apply but is made that way in the firmware for compatibility. Definitely not like raw RAM just sitting there to be used as needed in a sequential fashion.
