NumLock on Startup with Windows 8.1 Upgrade

And that's the real problem, Rat. When I boot this PC, I also hit the NumLock key instead of the spacebar; however, when I boot either laptop, I have to remember to NOT hit the spacebar or I'll turn NumLock off. :mad:

Since I'm a creature of habit, well . . .
