Never seen a N version in any Retail Shop in the UK, only on MS web store.

Thanks Shawn and Dave now I have this showing in that Windows Features and I don't know where it is coming from but I have typed it into search and it is there, and I have it pinned to my taskbar as normal in 7.

Now I truly don't know where this has come from as I just could not find any trace of it the other day!! It has got me beat quite apart from just about to consider aborting the upgrade.

If you installed the Media Features Pack from earlier, then that would be why you now have the "Windows Media Player" option under "Media Features" in Windows Features. :)
