I tried with NTFS and fat32 format. But still having the same problem. I use back the same usb on another pc but does not have this problemHow large is the usb?
one idea is to copy the whole damn stick to another usb or your computer and then format the crap out of the USB drive (by doing a low level format) and then recopy the things back from your computer to the newly formatted usb..
but BEWARE, you may have Malware on those files so... run the scans on them like crazy before you start doing anything with them.. and your computer..

your telling me you put a possibly infected usb in other computers .. but you can delete stuff on the other computers on that same USB stick??
