So I uninstalled the earlier version of update KB 3068708 because it set off false corruption flags and other than that, Windows 8.1 is up-to-date. I've decided I would like to update to Windows 10 and have reserved a copy without issue but should I now install this update despite the fact it sets off false flags because it's needed for Windows 10, or can I leave it and just update when my copy becomes available to download. I'm just worried about installing it, getting the update- and the flags staying invalid and being unable to uninstall it when I'm on Windows 10.
Anyone's advice would be appreciated.
