Hi there
How do computers work on the Planet your from -- obviously not the same as this one.

Touch might be OK for a HORIZONTAL surface (like using an old fashioned pen and ink system writing on a paper tablet).

No way you could use this stuff with a VERTICAL facing monitor -- especially if it's a large 50 inch plasma backlight screen -- you'd probably be sitting too far away from it to touch it even if you wanted to smear greasy fingers over a 1200 USD plus piece of hardware.

As for Horizontal touch devices -- even a stylus isn't as efficient as a keyboard -- most people can type many times FASTER than they can write - even with a stylus --although some of these aren't that great as pieces of hardware either.

I could use a stylus to replace a mouse for say applications like Photoshop -- but try any decent "cutting and pasting" using anything else than a mouse.

Cheers

It's kind of bad, but it's definitely bearable after removing all of that metro crap. Don't even think about touching though. That is that bad.

That's when you get a Kinect or other equivalent gesture input device! :D

No thanks, my mouse and keyboard work perfectly.

Why on earth should I go buy something else.

Particularly something that brings no benefit - quite the opposite - imprecision.
