Issue with loudness equalization in Windows 8.1

It says my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the driver. Tried both Windows 8 and 8.1 64 bit, but both said the same thing. Here's my DxDiag file in case it helps.

Well, I'm at a loss, I don't have your computer or motherboard. Thing is, HDMI audio is from the graphics card. Either Intel or Nvidia, has nothing to do with the normal audio like Realtek.

You need to get HDMI sorted out for Intel and Nvidia from what I can tell. Drivers and such. I think you should be able to switch with your motherboard but not sure.

Honestly believe I could figure it out if I had your computer in front of me, but I don't. Sorry and maybe someone else can help.
