I think it would. Honestly, if you had a Windows tablet or slate, and have Office 15 installed, you'll be using the Desktop regardless. Even then, a Windows tablet, come on that implies Desktop use no matter what.
Why should I purchase a tablet with Windows 8 and pay for Office ? , Android tablets use Googles Apps, it's free and it work great on a Android tablet and Windows 8. This is something peoples forget; Android come with a nice a free office suite. So Microsoft are you gone give us a light version of office 365 for free. Actually I have 5 customers who use the free Google apps on their PC and Notebook and Cel in their office and I have 3 mores who use the pay version because they have more than 10 users, they really enjoy the mobility of those apps, they don't even use Office anymore.
