I have tested Macrium bootable media, made on a Windows 8.1 PC, will boot fine.
To check.
1) USB Boot mode must be UEFI.
2) Must be made with WinPE5.
3) USB drive must be formatted to FAT32.
Thanks theog,
She called and said she dropped off the laptop at BB for them to look at.
I'll hear back in a few days how that goes.
I think all the settings are correct, but I'll check again next time I see the laptop.
1) Is there any way I can confirm the laptop booted in UEFI mode when I am connected via Teamviewer?
2) WinPE 5.2 was used
3) I think the Flash drive is fat32, but that should be easy enough for me to confirm next time I connect to the laptop.
