Interesting that Sugarsync just did an inline upgrade and when it did it restarted explorer and reloaded the taskbar and icons I still think Im on the right track with this suspect. I did open a ticket with them and they remotely downloaded a log from my machine so wonder if they were looking at my icon problem.
