Need help. Looked at a bunch of things on how to change the colour of your start screen & sign-in screen in Windows 8.1, thing is...I'm no longer getting the option 'tiles'...that doesn't even appear when I click on my "settings", control panel or personalization. What opens is the control panel only lists options to change my display or desktop background. I'm able to change my lock screen image & there's windows themes. But none of these do anything to reset the start screen background colour or my sign-in page which are stuck on this pepto pink. I was able to change these formats before but now it's like all the resources & computer tips of how to customize your desktop in Windows 8, it's doing NOTHING for the start screen. I don't know what I've done (how to retrace the steps) but now no matter what computer tip I look up from Microsoft website to Wise Geek or other tech forums or tutorials on personalizing your windows 8; it's not applicable as my personalization settings are NOT showing me any tiles...therefore I can't change my sign-in or start screen if I can't GET "tile" options? [closest I've stumbled across is a setting which enables me to change my sign-in picture] What's happened & how do I get this pepto pink off my start-screen???
