Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools or the built in drive test (long) if it has one:

Yeah it blue screens before the login screen. Then does automatic restore bs.

Ky process is I click custom Format hard drive and then install windows. I use a local account for login. So I have to reinstall windows to scan my hard drive?

Now I can't get to recovery options thru my DVD.....

Do you have another computer? If so, you could mount it in there and test it.
