Please do not feel that way. I am sorry I interrupted your support effort. Everyone here has something to contribute, and since I have never seen that specific GOM issue before, you recommendation is as good as mine. Moreoever, I'm always surprised by some of the creative solutions provided by other forum members attempting to solve the same issue. Most times, I am not the one that gets the rep (if one is even given), so please continue your support effort here and good luck my friend!

I think that if a person, in good faith, tries to help, a rep is nice.
Their suggestion might not help, but at least they tried to help.
