The chances are that the error is happening because your router can handle 200 simultaneous UPnP connections (routes through the router to computers on the network) at once. For most things this is more than adequate. However for P2P file sharing this limit (especially on popular downloads) is easily exceeded.
In your torrenting client you will need to tell it to limit the amount of 'peers' that you can connect to at one time to something like 180 (keep trying until you find a number that works).
