Driver realtek RTL 8139

Ok folks the latest Realtek RTL8139/810x PCI LAN driver is found on the Realtek web site. (v6.112 for Vista/Win7/Win8/Win8.1)

note: RTL8139/810x uses an older PCI interface, not the newer PCIe interface like in the newer Realtek LAN drivers
