to see if that helps - just leave at default settings and "RUN CLEANER"
then select "Registry" scan for issues, "Fix issues"

I have just performed your suggestion. After fixing registry issues through CCleaner, I tested DISM 'ScanHealth' command. Again, it returned me with the same error message code 8 "not enough storage available".
