Yes but i have wiped the laptop clean by trying to install windows 7 again. I get this message...
Your p.c needs to be repaired. The operating system couldt be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors. File Cl.dll error code ixc0000098

Everytime when i installed windows 8.1 pro it kept crashing all the time and i just kept wiping clean and installing it. This is what i think has happen to my harddrive damaged.. So i tryed to then put windows 7 back on as advised in one off the replys. Got as far as boot from dvd and laptop kept giving me this message.
I had options to click but nothing worked.

First, set bios to Optimized Defaults and save.

Second, use Killdisk on the hard drive. You can put Killdisk on a USB stick to boot to it. Instructions are at the link.

Third, try to install Windows again. Best to try to install FROM USB. You can put the Windows .iso on USB key to install from. The program that easily helps you do that in in the Installation section of the link.

I need internet to get killdisk.
Im writing this from my mobile

If there's a will, there's a way. Any friends, family members or neighbors you can ask to sit at their machine for a little bit to download and make USB keys?
