In the elevated command prompt type powercfg /waketimers, it will display a list of scheduled tasks that will wake up the computer. You might find something there.
Wake timer could cause the problem, if you go into the Advanced power settings, Change plan settings category, you can disable Wake Timers. This might fix your issue. mine is disabled.
BTW Your computer could wake up remotely but only if it is set up to do so. I doubt this is the applicable in your case.
To wake a system up remotely, not only does your system have to be setup on your network card properties, but your physical router has to have wake-on-lan enabled by creating a custom port forwarding rule.
To check your network card, open Computer Management, then Devices and find your Network Card. Under it's properties, select the Advanced tab and see if the wake-on-lan is enabled.
By default most routers don't have a pre-configured setting for wake-on-lan. You would have to go to the admin page for your particular router to see how it is setup.
This happened to me too when I ran a pirated copy of Vista years ago. You can't rule out somebody accessing your computer looking at your files...
Don't listen to what anybody says. Check your PC for malware. My computer would wake up at night (from a powered off state). At first, I thought it was automatic updates. But two nights in a row? Don't those things happen during hibernation/sleep, not with the computer shut down? That's when I ditched the pirated OS...
