Oh, I meant the confusing stuff the other guys provided. I have another problem. While on the phone they told me to turn off computer, turn back on and click F2 repeatedly to bring up menu to view bios. It would not go to that menu. He tried it again, this time using delete and again no menu. I never get the menu to go to bios or safe mode. They say there is something wrong.
PS... This may help others: I just called Asus back and asked if they couldn't try one more time to fix it by phone. This time it worked I got into bios by tapping F2 when I saw the ASUS name come up during boot. Got into Bios and press F5 and then to resent bios to default.
He said to monitor the situation and see if I get another occurance of BSOD... if I do, then it has to be sent in.
I really don't want to redo everything.
