Clock changes every 10 minutes?

I think the RTC may have gone bad on the board. Is there any to test your RTC?

    Recently lost my Windows 8 on my main PC, had to go back to Windows 7.
How about booting it just to a Dos prompt, leave it on for couple of hours and see if it changes. That way you will be sure that windows or software are not changing time and than it's only BIOS and RTC left. In that case updating or re applying BIOS might help.

Yah sometimes a BIOS update can help, good idea CountMike. If he don't have a way to boot to a Dos Prompt, you can use Hiren's Boot CD and run Mini-XP and see if it happens in there, if it doesn't then it is the OS causing it somehow.

    Recently lost my Windows 8 on my main PC, had to go back to Windows 7.
Tablet time

I red all the fixes. However, I don't have a problem with my Laptop or desktop running 8.1 pro 32 bit and 64 bit.
My tablet has problem running 8.1 basic (not pro). I have no idea how to change the battery or even how to open
the tablet, nor how to get into the bios.
