They have not been hacked. That Google message is false. They are fighting with Google to get it removed. It has nothing to do with them being down. Something about an infected Google ad, that Google put on a bunch of sites.
Last I knew they had a hard drive problem, with their server, That was posted to Twitter: https://twitter.com/majorgeeks/status/568601795150413824

Good to see they are back up, it's massively frustrating when you have a site down and all you can do is sit around for hours waiting for backups to restore.
