The files flagged in the sfc/scannow are false positive caused by sfc.
To restore this enter "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" (without quotes) in an admin command prompt

NOTE: it may look like its frozen at 20%, let it run and finish, it might take a while to finish.

BIOS is not the problem

Removed Bitdefender and tried to install the drivers? (after installing you can install an AV again)

i install the drivers after i remove the avg ....drivers was successful installed even with the bitdefender on.

avg blocking my Graphics card ?

i already uninstall avg , install ati software and install the bitdefender.

ok since then i had 0 problems so i will flag it solved.
