BSOD while performing back-up

No sorry to me. It's not my machine. Google was friendly today and seems to think Autoruns will remove it.

Sorry for bugging... anyhoot, when i used autoruns bitdefender was in yellow so removed it. its still in msinfo32.exe list

I'm still logging up some WER. I dont think I'm experiencing BSOD though its a bit slow on post start. Would someone please have a look and tell me whats all this about. When I google it i get too many similarities in the find that Im not sure which advise i should be following.
